Fix the 6 word choices

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing on behalf of the customers of Polpetta's café about the bin outside our door on Market Street. It has not been emptied for a fortnight and the state of it is well grim. The smell is proper bad, and the kids from the flats next door have stopped playing outside altogether. Our chef reckons it is the worst it has been since we opened, and loads of regulars have said the same. We would be dead grateful if you could empty it this week. Please do let us know when to expect the lorry. Yours faithfully, M. Polpetta.
One plain-sounding sentence is already right. One of the six is only a shade too casual. You may read straight past it.

Help Polpetta

Chef Polpetta

I have fixed the card. Now it says Alright Nonna, happy birthday innit. You told me to use plain words, so I made it as plain as I possibly could.

Tell him why this fails as well, and write him a line that actually suits Nonna.
