Polpetta wrote about the café for the town paper. The waiter which served us today was kind, and Mia, who carries four plates at once never drops a thing. The customer what ordered three puddings left happy, and the couple which sat by the window stayed all afternoon. Our oven, which is older than me still works, though the morning where it finally broke was chaos. Nonna, whose bread is famous, never writes the recipe down, and the recipe that she guards so fiercely exists nowhere but her head.
Two commas never close, and four little words are not pulling their weight. Two clauses are already right.

Help Polpetta

Chef Polpetta

I fixed it, Nonna is the baker, who taught me everything. A comma makes it more polite, no?

Tell him what that comma claims about Nonna, and when a comma before who would be right.
