Welcome back to Polpetta's café on Market Street. Our chef, the famous Polpetta makes every dish himself, and our waitress a local girl, carries four plates at once. The menu (three courses costs twelve pounds, and the bread, baked at dawn, is still warm at nine o'clock. Our café (open since May) is already famous across Rome. Our tiramisu, which sells out by noon is worth the queue, and the gelato – made with market lemons, never lasts the afternoon. The soup thick and green, is today's special.
