Polpetta cooks happyly all morning, and the café is famous for its bread. The preperation starts at five, when the ovens are still cold and the street outside is empty. Nonna stirs the sauce gentley, tasting it every few minutes, and she is never in a hurry. Polpetta's jokes are humorous, and everybody laughs. He works quickly, but the pans are dangerus and the floor by the sink is wet, so please wait patiently by the door. Ask at the counter for more informasion about the evening class, which is basicly a lesson in patience. Tickets are sold publically from Monday.
One -ous word has lost a letter from the middle of its root on purpose and is already right. Leave it alone.

Chef Polpetta

I have mended the notice. We teach pasta making happyily. You told me to put an i in, so I put an i in.

Tell him why it is still wrong, and give him a word where the y does not change.
