Welcome to SPAGhetti, an educational app that helps children practise spelling, punctuation and grammar through games and a cooking café. By using SPAGhetti you agree to these terms. We have kept them short and in plain language. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
SPAGhetti is made for primary-aged children. Children under 13 should use it with a parent, guardian or teacher. A parent, guardian or school should set up and supervise any signed-in account; guest mode can be used with no account at all. By creating an account you confirm you are a parent, guardian, teacher, or otherwise permitted to do so on a child's behalf.
If you sign in, you are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. Progress (café, coins, stars, badges) is saved to your account so it can follow you across devices. Guest progress is saved only on the device you use.
Please use SPAGhetti only for learning and play. Do not attempt to disrupt, copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app or its content, and do not use it to upload or share anything harmful or unlawful.
The SPAGhetti name, logo, characters (including Chef Polpetta), artwork, games and text are owned by us and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may use the app as intended, but you may not reuse our content elsewhere without permission.
We work hard to keep SPAGhetti running well, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or suited to a particular purpose. We may update, change or pause features over time.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, except where that liability cannot be excluded under law. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights.
Our handling of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify users in the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
